Clinic was remodeled June/July 2024 and is ready for service. The Clinic has hosted several community events recently and raised awareness about services which could be made available. Strong community interest and commitment to success.

Lack of consistent operating funding. Communication challenges. Location not served by public transportation; highly dispersed rural community.

Attracting providers to travel to a remote clinic.

Transportation is an issue for some residents. Seek access to MedRides and other ride share possibilities. Grants are available to secure funding for operations, clinic improvements and community education programs. High number of elderly residents would benefit from receiving preventive and basic services locally.

Loss of momentum. Lack of provider interest.
