Debby started her career as a nurse in 1993 after graduating with a Bachelors in Nursing from Hebrew University, Jerusalem Israel. After seven years of nursing practice which included experiences in public and home health, maternal child care, complicated Obstetrics and Gynecology, she sought out a medical practice that would encourage the use of the body’s own healing capacities that was deeply rooted in practice and history.

She attended Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, San Diego, CA from 1989 to 1992, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1992. She started her acupuncture practice in Denver CO in March of 1993 and has maintained a private practice ever since.

Debby started to teach at the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese medicine ( Now CCMU) in Denver in September 1993. She taught steadily from 1993 until December of 2022 at 5 different acupuncture colleges around the country. Subjects taught included acupuncture point functions, internal medicine, herbal function and use, Chinese Nutrition, and Clinic Supervision. She is currently teaching for CCMU online as needed.

Her love for Chinese medicine has continued to grow over the years. She specializes in trying to help people be as healthy as they possibly can.
